If you had an injury and are thinking of starting a new exercise regiment or athletic activity, let our staff show you how to warm up properly to prevent future injuries, and stay safe.
This program was designed to eliminate the risk of injury when starting a new exercise program or athletic activity. Our staff of Physical Therapists and Personal Trainers will assess your posture, flexibility, range of motion, strength, and balance. We will develop warm-up stretching programs and discuss strengthening exercises to help you avoid injury.
